After more than 30 years working in the events and entertainment industry, you might think there are very few venues left to discover. Yesterday was one of those days.
A First Visit to Hilton at St George’s Park
For For the first time, we had the pleasure of supplying fun casino entertainment at the Hilton at St George’s Park in Burton-on-Trent.Located at the home of the England national football teams, the venue is an impressive conference and event destination set within the St George’s Park National Football Centre. It’s a venue designed perfectly for corporate conferences, awards dinners and gala evenings, with modern event suites and excellent facilities.
Despite working in the industry for three decades, walking into a venue for the first time still brings a sense of excitement. Every venue has its own character, layout and atmosphere — and part of the job is figuring out how to create the best entertainment experience within that space.
Corporate Conference Dinner Entertainment
The event itself was a corporate conference dinner and awards evening for one of our returning clients. We had supplied casino entertainment for them previously at another venue, so it was great to work with them again in a new setting.
After the formal conference sessions and awards presentations, it was time to add some interactive entertainment to the evening.
Our fun casino tables were set up ready for guests to enjoy, creating a lively and social atmosphere after dinner.

Guests started with 20 chips each, playing throughout the evening to build their winnings. By the end of the night, one lucky player had accumulated thousands in fun money, earning the top spot on the leaderboard.
Their prize?
A well-deserved bottle of bubbly.
